Our products are manufactured in China and shipped to customers worldwide, with major markets including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and other international destinations.
1. Shipping Methods
Depending on the order quantity, product specifications, destination, and customer requirements, Meicheng Print may arrange:
- Express delivery
- Air freight
- Sea freight
- Door-to-door delivery
- DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping
For small-quantity orders, air freight or express delivery is generally more suitable.
For larger or heavier orders, sea freight may provide a more economical solution.
The shipping method will be selected based on the specific order and may be discussed and confirmed with the customer before shipment.
2. Door-to-Door and DDP Shipping
Meicheng Print can provide door-to-door shipping services for eligible destinations.
Where DDP shipping is available and agreed upon, Meicheng Print will arrange transportation and customs-related services through the selected logistics provider under the agreed DDP shipping terms.
The applicable shipping terms, costs, destination, and scope of service will be confirmed in the quotation or order documentation.
DDP availability may depend on the destination country, product type, order details, customs requirements, and applicable regulations.
Unless DDP is specifically stated and agreed upon in the quotation or order confirmation, the customer may be responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges, or other destination-related fees.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on factors including:
- Destination country and delivery address
- Order quantity
- Product weight and dimensions
- Shipping method
- Delivery service level
- Customs and logistics requirements
Shipping costs may be quoted separately from the product price.
The applicable shipping cost and shipping terms will be specified in the quotation or order confirmation.
Where shipping is arranged through a third-party carrier or freight provider, the applicable transportation charges are determined by the relevant logistics service.
4. Production and Delivery Time
Production time and transportation time are separate.
Production time depends on factors including:
- Product type
- Order quantity
- Customization requirements
- Materials
- Artwork preparation and approval
- Packaging requirements
Transportation time depends on the selected shipping method and destination.
Any production or delivery estimate provided by Meicheng Print is an estimate unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed upon in writing.
Customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, transportation disruptions, regulatory requirements, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery times.
5. Customs, Duties and Taxes
For shipments that are not arranged under DDP terms, the customer may be responsible for applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country.
For DDP shipments, the scope of duties, taxes, and customs-related costs covered by the quoted shipping service will be determined by the agreed shipping terms and quotation.
Certain products, destinations, or circumstances may be subject to additional customs requirements or charges that cannot be reasonably determined in advance.
6. Shipping Tracking
Where tracking is available, Meicheng Print or the relevant logistics provider may provide tracking information after shipment.
Tracking availability and tracking details may vary depending on the shipping method and destination.
7. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.
Customers should verify their shipping information before production and shipment.
If an address needs to be changed after an order has been placed, customers should contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee that an address change will be possible after an order has entered production or has been shipped.
Additional costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer may be the customer's responsibility.
8. Damaged, Lost or Delayed Shipments
If an order is lost, significantly delayed, damaged, or delivered incorrectly, customers should contact Meicheng Print as soon as possible.
We will work with the relevant carrier or logistics provider to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate solution.
For damaged shipments, customers may be asked to provide photographs, videos, packaging information, delivery records, or other evidence required to investigate the issue or support a carrier claim.
9. Delivery Refusal
If a customer refuses or fails to accept delivery without a valid reason, additional shipping, storage, return, customs, or handling costs may apply.
Such costs may be deducted from any refund or charged to the customer, where applicable.
10. Shipping Terms
The applicable shipping terms for each order will be specified in the quotation, invoice, or other written order confirmation.
Where Incoterms are used, the applicable Incoterm and named place will be specified in the relevant commercial documentation.
