Zhengzhou Meicheng Print Co., LTD specializes in customized and made-to-order printing products. Because products are manufactured according to each customer's specifications, our refund and cancellation policy differs from that of standard retail products.
1. Customized Products
Most products supplied by Meicheng Print are customized or made to order.
Once production has started, an order generally cannot be cancelled or refunded simply because the customer changes their mind, changes their design, or no longer requires the products.
Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming product specifications, quantities, artwork, colors, dimensions, materials, and other order details before production begins.
2. Artwork and Proof Approval
Where applicable, Meicheng Print may provide an artwork proof or digital proof for customer confirmation before production.
Once the customer approves the artwork or production specifications, the order may proceed to production.
Errors contained in customer-provided artwork or specifications, including incorrect text, logos, images, colors, dimensions, or other information approved by the customer, may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If products arrive damaged, defective, incorrectly manufactured, or materially different from the agreed specifications, please contact us promptly after delivery.
Customers may be required to provide:
- Order or invoice information
- Photographs of the products
- Photographs of the packaging
- Videos or other evidence showing the problem
- A description of the issue
After reviewing the circumstances, Meicheng Print may provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:
- Replacement of affected products
- Reproduction of the affected portion of the order
- Partial refund
- Full refund for affected products
- Another solution agreed upon by both parties
The remedy will depend on the nature and extent of the problem.
4. Incorrect or Missing Items
If we ship an incorrect product, incorrect quantity, or otherwise fail to fulfill the order according to the confirmed order specifications, please contact us promptly.
We will investigate the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, correction, or refund.
5. Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible.
If production has not started, we may be able to cancel the order depending on the circumstances.
If production has already started, cancellation may not be possible, or a cancellation may be subject to costs already incurred, including materials, production, preparation, artwork, and other expenses.
If an order has already been shipped, it generally cannot be cancelled as a production cancellation.
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, the refund will normally be made using the original payment method where reasonably possible.
The time required for the refund to appear in the customer's account may depend on the payment provider, bank, credit card issuer, or other financial institution.
7. Non-Refundable Situations
A refund may not be available where:
- The customer changes their mind after customized production has started.
- The customer provides incorrect artwork or specifications.
- The customer approves an artwork proof containing the relevant error.
- The customer provides an incorrect shipping address.
- The customer refuses or fails to accept delivery without a valid reason.
- The issue results from improper use, storage, handling, or modification of the products.
- The products conform to the specifications approved by the customer.
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
