Meicheng Print provides several payment options for customers worldwide. Payment methods are designed to provide convenient options for international business customers purchasing customized and made-to-order printing products.
1. PayPal
Customers may pay through PayPal.
PayPal payments can be made using a PayPal account or, where supported by PayPal, a credit card through the PayPal payment interface.
A 5% PayPal processing fee applies to payments made through PayPal. This fee is charged by PayPal for payment processing and is payable by the customer.
The 5% fee will be added to the total amount payable when the customer chooses PayPal as the payment method.
Customers using PayPal must also comply with PayPal's applicable terms and policies.
2. Local Bank Accounts
To make international payments more convenient, Meicheng Print provides local bank account payment options in several markets.
We currently have local receiving accounts for customers in:
- United States
- Australia
- United Kingdom
- Eurozone countries
Customers may make a direct bank transfer to the applicable local account in the corresponding currency.
The specific account details and payment instructions will be provided on the quotation or invoice.
3. USD Bank Account
Customers may also make a direct bank transfer to our USD bank account.
The applicable USD bank account details and payment instructions will be provided by Meicheng Print on the quotation, invoice, or payment instructions.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the full required payment amount is received by Meicheng Print. Any bank charges, intermediary bank fees, or other transfer fees charged by the customer's bank or financial institutions are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard payment terms for custom orders are:
50% Deposit
After the order has been confirmed, the customer is required to pay 50% of the total order amount as a deposit before production begins.
Production may begin after the required deposit has been received and the relevant product specifications and artwork have been confirmed.
50% Balance
The remaining 50% balance must be paid in full before the goods leave our factory.
The order will not be released for shipment until the outstanding balance has been received or otherwise confirmed.
5. Payment Confirmation
Bank transfers may require processing time depending on the customer's bank, intermediary banks, and payment destination.
An order is considered paid only after the relevant payment has been successfully received or confirmed by Meicheng Print.
Customers should use the payment instructions provided on the official quotation, invoice, or payment notice.
6. Currency and Bank Charges
The applicable payment currency will be specified in the quotation or invoice.
Customers are responsible for any fees charged by their banks, intermediary banks, or other financial institutions in connection with a bank transfer, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
For PayPal payments, the applicable 5% PayPal processing fee is payable by the customer.
7. Payment Security
For security purposes, customers should only make payments using the payment information provided directly by Meicheng Print through our official business communication channels.
If customers receive any unexpected change to bank account information, they should contact Meicheng Print through the official contact information on our website before making payment.
