Our products are manufactured in China and shipped to customers worldwide. We primarily serve customers in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and other international markets.
1. Shipping Methods
Depending on the order quantity, product specifications, destination, and customer requirements, we may arrange shipping through:
- Air freight
- Express delivery
- Sea freight
- Door-to-door shipping services
For small-quantity orders, air freight or express delivery is generally more suitable. For larger or heavier orders, sea freight may provide a more economical solution.
The appropriate shipping method will be discussed and confirmed with the customer before shipment.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are generally determined by the carrier or freight service provider and depend on factors including:
- Destination country and delivery address
- Package weight and dimensions
- Order quantity
- Shipping method
- Delivery service level
- Customs and other applicable charges
Unless otherwise stated in a written quotation or order confirmation, shipping charges are not included in the product price.

3. Delivery Time
Production time and transportation time are separate.
Production time depends on the product type, quantity, customization requirements, artwork approval, and other project specifications.
Transit time depends on the shipping method and destination.
Any production or delivery estimate provided by Meicheng Print is an estimate unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed upon in writing.
Unexpected circumstances, including customs clearance, carrier delays, weather, transportation disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control, may affect delivery times.
4. Tracking
Where tracking is available, Meicheng Print may provide tracking information after the order has been shipped.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and contact information.
5. Customs, Duties and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Meicheng Print is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspection, customs clearance, or the customer's failure to provide information required by customs authorities.
6. Delivery Problems
If an order is lost, significantly delayed, damaged, or delivered to the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with the relevant shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate solution.
For damaged shipments, customers may be asked to provide photographs, videos, packaging information, or other evidence needed to support a carrier claim.
7. Address Changes
Customers should carefully verify their shipping address before production and shipment.
If an address needs to be changed after an order has been placed, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that an address change will be possible after an order has entered production or has been shipped.
Additional shipping or handling charges resulting from an incorrect address provided by the customer may be the customer's responsibility.
